Cuernavaca Homestay Rates
Per person, per night, including 3 daily meals:

Single room, private bathroom: $435 pesos (~$29usd)

Single room, shared bathroom: $405 pesos (~$27usd)

Double room, private bathroom: $360 pesos (~$24usd)

Double room, shared bathroom: $330 pesos (~$22usd)

You can be sure your host family will be compensated timely for your stay, as you will pay your family personally at the beginning of each week. For large parties traveling together, some host families have several guest rooms available.

Cuernavaca Guesthouse Rates
Per night, including 3 daily meals:

Single room, private bathroom: $435 pesos (~$29usd)

Room for two, private bathroom: $870 pesos (~$48usd)

Guesthouses are limited and can accommodate up to two persons. They are also available without meals, subtract $165 pesos per person.

SCHOOL HOLIDAYS:

Classes at Instituto Chac-Mool in Cuernavaca and Tulum are halted in order to observe the following holidays, however the rest of the week will have an extended schedule to make up the missed time. Charlas, talleres and consultas will be suspended that week to accommodate the longer class time.
