Both in Cuernavaca and Tulum, our peer Spanish courses begin every Monday throughout the year although mid-week starts can be arranged. Your language goals will determine how many weeks you choose to study.
You will be grouped by Spanish ability based on a brief written, auditory and oral placement test. You will then be placed into the corresponding group of no more than 5 students per instructor.
Instituto Chac-Mool offers 10 different Spanish levels from beginning through highly advanced.
If you fall between 2 levels, Instituto Chac will provide private tutoring to bring you up to the appropriate course level.
In the event that only one student is qualified for a peer group level, the individual's class length may be altered as agreed upon by the student.
Instructional theory and conditions of learning will be taken into account so that the student maximizes their learning
potential.
Private classes are also available, including those with specialized vocabulary, or a shorter daily schedule >>

...Taller Bilingüe: Tuesday & Thursday afternoon - In a group setting a teacher will explain a different Spanish grammatical point.
...Lectures in the afternoons with guest speakers, music, folklore, excursion orientation, & more. Our registration form asks your particular interests.
...Teachers and educator's workshops designed to enhance a teacher's ability to understand and to work effectively with Spanish-speaking students and their families - Cuernavaca only, advance request required.
...Latin Dance Lessons are offered one evening each week at the Cuernavaca school.
...More activities, there will be a new schedule at the school each week.
...Tourist services, wireless internet (we do not provide a computer), and a swimming pool.
