Universitario Chac-Mool

We are a Mexican private and accredited institution for higher education under the name of Universitario Chac-Mool. UCM is recognized and approved by the SEP (Subsecretary of Public Education), the highest educational authority at the state level with national validation. The SEP-Morelos has granted the RVOE (Reconocimiento de Validez Oficial de Estudios) number: 2005P04035 in the area of higher education for professional degrees. The RVOE is the Mexican official educational certification granted to private universities. At UCM, we foster liberal and professional learning in a dynamic, interactive and supportive environment offering our students an opportunity to pursue unlimited horizons.

Most Mexico language schools will require that you pay an additional fee to a U.S. university in order to receive college credit. But not at Instituto Chac-Mool....because we are fully accredited. So you will receive a college transcript issued directly from Universitario Chac-Mool, free of charge*.

Please note: Many colleges and universities accept study abroad credits granted by a higher education institution recognized by the Mexican Ministry of Education. Since each institution has their own policy about transferring credits, we recommend that students verify that credits are accepted by their home school before enrolling in Spanish immersion classes. If your school requires copies of documents proving accreditation, they will be provided.

*You pay the regular course fees for your classes. An international mailing fee will be charged to send transcripts to your school. When registering for classes, please indicate that you would like to receive course credit.
